Noorderzon is a spacious family holiday home with 5 bedrooms for up to 12 people and a large garden with lounge sofas, BBQ, long dining table, and more.
Noorderzon is equipped with a new, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, 5-zone induction hob, dishwasher, and American fridge/freezer. The dining area has a long table for long meals or games with all your friends and family. The comfortably furnished living room has a large 50" flat-screen smart TV with an extensive channel package. There is free, excellent WiFi throughout the property.
All bedrooms are spacious and bright. On the ground floor, next to the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink, there is a bedroom with three single beds. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, two of which have double beds, one bedroom with three single beds and one bedroom with two single beds and a cot. The second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is also located upstairs.
Noorderzon has its own terrace at the front with comfortable lounge sofas. There is also a sheltered, spacious garden with a long table, lounge sofas and a barbecue. Private parking is available.
The former farmhouse is located on the edge of the charming village of Buren, with several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Information
- The rental prices quoted are based on a maximum occupancy of twelve people, self-catering and including the use of gas, water and electricity.
- The mandatory tourist tax charged by the Municipality of Ameland is EUR 2.08 per person per night and is automatically added to your booking.
- The cost of the mandatory final cleaning is EUR 125 and will be automatically charged when you book.
- Bookings of 3 or more nights are welcome.
- You can pay for your booking via iDeal, Bancontact or credit card.
- The rental of the house starts at 3 p.m. on your arrival day.
- The rental of the house ends at 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- If no guests are arriving on your departure day, you can extend your stay for a surcharge of €100 for a late departure after 11:00.
- The property is accessible via a private entrance at Strandweg 20.
